Currently, we deliver only to addresses within Australia.
Please ensure that your shipping address is located within the supported delivery area before placing an order. We do not offer international shipping outside Australia at this time.
Orders with a total checkout value of AUD 70 or above (inclusive) qualify for free shipping.
Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99, which will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
All applicable shipping charges are clearly shown before order confirmation.
Our standard order processing hours are 9:00–18:00 (Australian time).
Orders paid before 6:00 PM will generally be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the following business day.
After an order enters the processing stage, it usually requires 1–3 business days for order verification, product preparation, and handover to the logistics provider.
This preparation period does not include transit time.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 10–12 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination location, logistics scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to tracking updates for the most accurate delivery status.

The carrier is selected based on destination and logistical requirements.
After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping information.
You may track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number along with the email address or phone number used during checkout.
Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing for the package.
Changes to delivery information after shipment may not be possible and depend on the carrier’s current status.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect details are not our responsibility.
Upon receipt, customers are advised to check the packaging condition.
If any damage or abnormalities are observed, please document them promptly and contact us. Once the order is accepted and signed for, the delivery is considered completed.
