1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation
This Order Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through the timbercabinhome online store (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).
Cancellation rules vary depending on the order status:

Within 42 hours after placing the order and before shipment:
If the order is placed within 42 hours and has not yet entered the shipping process, customers may request a direct cancellation. -
After 42 hours or once the order has entered shipment:
Orders that exceed 42 hours after placement or have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled directly.
In such cases, customers may contact us after receiving the product and apply for a return and refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
